A Man And His Two Children Killed By Gunmen In Plateau State

Again, three members of the same family have been murdered in Gyel, Bukuru in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State.

It was gathered that a man and his two children were brutally killed in the attack, while his wife was critically injured and was receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital.

The state Commissioner for Information and Communication, Pastor Abraham Yiljap, who confirmed the development in Jos yesterday, said a man and his two children were killed by gunmen in Gyel.

Yiljap said seven people had been arrested in connection with the recent attacks in some communities in Foron and Kuru, adding that they would be charged after investigation was concluded.

The commissioner appealed to the people of the state to remain calm and be alert.

He also urged them to report any suspicious movement to law enforcement agencies.
