Super Eagles Coach Stephen Keshi Says Victor Moses Is The Missing Link In Liverpool

Super Eagles tactician Stephen Keshi has admitted new Liverpool recruit Victor Moses is the missing link in Brendan Rodgers quest for success in the new Premier League season.

Victor Moses.

Moses joined the Anfield club from Chelsea on a season-long loan on transfer deadline day and Keshi believes Moses will make a huge impact for the Reds.

“I am happy with this because Liverpool is a club I like very much,” Keshi told suppersport.com.

“The arrival of Moses means Liverpool will win the championship because he is a very good player who will boost the side.”

Moses, who has pulled out of Nigeria’s friendly against Burkina Faso, is expected to make his debut for the Merseyside club next Monday against Swansea at the Liberty Stadium.

He featured in the Super Eagles’ 2-0 victory over Malawi on Saturday and scored from the penalty spot in that encounter to help Nigeria secure the ticket for the playoff round of the 2014 World Cup qualifier.
