Dr. Conrad Murray is set for an October release from jail. The doctor was convicted of giving pop star Michael Jackson a lethal dose of propofol.
Michael Jackson's doctor is slated to be sprung from prison in three months, his lawyer said.
Conrad Murray is scheduled to be a free man on Oct. 28 — less than two years after he was jailed for giving the legendary pop star a lethal dose of the anesthetic propofol. Murray, 61, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in November 2011.
